June 15, 2012—Service King Collision Repair Centers has agreed to purchase Bordelon Collision, a collision repair center in Spring Branch, Texas, near San Antonio, the company announced Thursday.
Service King said the transaction is expected to close June 29.
The new 18,000-square-foot facility is Service King’s ninth collision center in the San Antonio market. The company now operates 49 locations throughout Texas.
“We are very excited to be joining the Service King team,” said Max Bordelon, owner of Bordelon Collision, which opened in 2010. “I’m confident that Service King will take care of our employees and customers for years to come.”
