Jan. 30, 2015

Jan. 30, 2015—According to the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota's annual consumer complaint rankings, customers are not very happy with the service they receive from collision and auto repair specialists.

Based on roughly 24,000 complaints filed in 2014, auto repair services was the fourth most-complained about business, in between property management companies and banks. In the 2013 version of the survey, auto repair services was the second-most complained about business.

The auto industry in general didn’t pan out so well in the report, as new-car and used-car dealers were the two most-complained about businesses, respectively.

Rounding out the bottom five in the report in terms of total complaints were businesses related to waste removal, newspapers, general contractors, roofing contractors, and furniture retailers.
