Sept. 22, 2014

Sept. 22, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass acquired Consolidated Auto Service Center in Forest Park, Ill., in a deal that was announced on Friday.

The acquisition follows ABRA’s initial entry into the Illinois market in the spring, and give the company a location just 30 minutes outside of downtown Chicago.

“This newest acquisition in Illinois not only complements our current presence in the state, but offers our customers and insurance partners more options,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and chief executive officer. “We are pleased with the positive outcomes we’ve achieved in just a few short months and look forward to accelerating our success in the near future.”
