Safelite Acquires Quick's Glass Service

Safelite closed a transaction Oct. 25 to acquire Quick's Glass Service.

Oct. 30, 2019—Safelite Group has acquired Quick's Glass Service, effective last week.

The deal closed October 25.

Quick’s Glass Service has been in business for decades, owned and managed by Clint Harless. The company currently operates various brands in the northern Central Valley of California, including Quick’s Glass Service, Sacramento Autoglass and Stockton Auto Glass. The company and its staff have earned a solid reputation through strong values, hard work and dependable customer service.

 “This acquisition helps expand Safelite’s capacity in this busy area of the country and will extend our footprint in the northern Central Valley of California,” said Tom Feeney, president and CEO of Safelite Group. “Clint instilled a commitment to customer service that nicely aligns with our company’s purpose.
