Helping technicians save time and money, OTC has released a new packaged Ford 6.0L diesel service kit, P/N6770, including eight of the most popular tools needed and used when servicing Ford 6.0L diesel engines. The kit, available now, will save technicians at purchase by bundling tools essential to servicing popular medium-duty engines and during service by keeping tools together and eliminating return trips to the toolbox.

OTC’s 6770 Ford 6.0L diesel service kit is packaged in a sturdy blow-molded case and includes:

-        Fuel Filter Cap Wrench (p/n 6760)

-        Fuel Rail Pressure Adapters (pair) (p/n 6763)

-        IPR Controller (p/n 6764)

-        IPR Socket (p/n 6765)

-        Injector Harness Removal Tool (p/n 6766)

-        Glow Plug Harness Remover Installer Tool (p/n 6768)

-        15" Indexing Pry Bar for Removal of EGR (p/n 7174)

-        Oil Line Disconnect Tool (p/n 6594)

“When purchased separately, smaller tools have a way of becoming misplaced, which frustrates technicians and wastes valuable time, not to mention adds costs as these tools must be replaced,” said Dirk Skogerboe, OTC product manager. “This kit combines the most common tools needed to service Ford six-liter diesel engines, and the kit is more cost effective than buying individual tools.”

The 6770 Ford 6.0L diesel service kit is available now through OTC’s traditional distribution methods. For more information on OTC Tools, visit www.OTCTools.com.
