Jan.22, 2018—Ron Nagy, president of Nagy's Collision Centers, is the 2018 recipient of the Leadership Wooster Distinguished Alumni Award, by the Wooster (Ohio) Area Chamber of Commerce.
The award was presented at the 117th annual Meeting of the Chamber, held on Jan. 18. The award is given to a graduate of the Leadership Wooster program who exemplifies leadership. There is a selection process for nominees that includes an evaluation of the leadership roles the nominee has held, the organizations that participate in and the their contributions to the community.
“I am very grateful to the Chamber for granting me the leadership award this year,” said Ron Nagy. “It’s a special honor to be included amongst the collection of past recipients in the Wooster community who have inspired me in both my personal and professional life.”
Nagy is one of nine recipients of awards by the Chamber that set out to honor businesses and individuals for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the Wooster community.
