Jan. 10, 2018—Heppner’s Auto Body will award one Twin Cities Marine Corps veteran with a refurbished vehicle through the National Auto Body Council’s Recycled Rides Program.

The vehicle was donated by State Farm and was repaired by Heppner’s Woodbury, Minn., location.

The veteran recipient of this vehicle served our country as a member of the United States Marine Corps from 2000 to 2004. He spent most of his service in Kuwait and Iraq as a heavy vehicle operator, assisting many units including Marines, Army and Navy. His efforts, along with the rest of his unit, helped to garner a Presidential Unit Citation which is awarded for extraordinary heroism in action against an armed enemy.

This particular giveaway was a collaborative effort from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, PPG Industries, LKQ, State Farm, Midway Ford of Roseville, 3M, Finishing Touch Car Care, and Twin Cities Transport and Recovery.
