Nov. 9, 2017—The CRASH Network launched its second annual "Insurer Report Card."

This survey asks collision repairers the share their insights by grading, on an A+ to F scale, each insurer based on how well each carriers' policies and practices ensure quality repairs and customer service.

With this grading system, shops can let consumers know which insurers have their eye on quality repairs and customer service when consumers have a claim.

The “Insurer Report Card,” is open only to collision repairers. Shops that complete the “Insurer Report Card” and provide an email address will be sent the results, at no charge, once they are compiled.
