Oct. 2, 2017— Joseph Carubba, president and CEO of Carubba Collision, announced that Carubba Collision has acquired and opened three new shops in New York State.
The first addition to the Carubba Collision family was the acquisition of Vern’s Auto Body located in the Capital District of New York State in Amsterdam. The shop will be retaining all the employees of the former Vern’s Auto Body including Vern’s wife, Sherry O’Brien.
The second shop is located in Utica, N.Y. The 30,000-square-foot building was the former Westinghouse plant. It will serve as a flagship store for the Carubba Collision.
The final shop is the second Syracuse location and it will complement the existing Carubba Collision stores in Syracuse and Auburn, N.Y.
These three acquisitions now make seventeen stores that share the Carubba Collision brand.
