May 31, 2017—Matthew McDonnell, owner of Big Sky Collision Center and A&D Auto Body, is the latest speaker named to the 2017 FenderBender Management Conference lineup.

Since becoming the primary owner in 2015, Big Sky Collision has added two more stores, A&D Auto Body and Crash Repair. The three locations comprise the Big Sky Collision Network.

McDonnell will deliver two sessions at the conference. “Planning for Scanning” will look at how to integrate diagnostics into routine processes for a certain return on investment. McDonnell has been an early adopter of diagnostic scanning, leading the charge on implementing pre- and post-repair scans in his shops. The second session, “Improve Communication for Optimum Workflow,” will look at how breakdowns in communication can jam production and how those can be overcome for maximum business benefit.

The FenderBender Management Conference, scheduled from Sept. 27-29 in Chicago, will include educational sessions, deep-dive workshops, panel and roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities all aimed at helping shop owners and managers make money, save money and work smarter. Conference sessions and speakers were inspired by the best FenderBender magazine content and the most pressing topics in the industry today.
