Speaker Added to FenderBender Management Conference

May 30, 2017

A new speaker has been added to the FenderBender Management Conference lineup.

May 30, 2017—DeLee Powell, owner of Baker’s Collision Repair Specialists, is the latest speaker to join the FenderBender Management Conference.

Powell, a 40-year industry veteran, grew up in her family’s body shop. As a second generation shop owner, Powell has utilized advanced operational strategies and a clear focus on progressive technology to push Baker’s Collision to new heights. In 2014, Powell was featured in a FenderBender story on how going digital helped shave cycle time and boost revenue. During the conference, she will provide insight on this in her presentation “The Digital Shop.” The presentation will focus on simple, affordable steps for incorporating technology throughout the shop to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The FenderBender Management Conference, scheduled from Sept. 27-29 in Chicago, will include educational sessions, deep-dive workshops, panel and roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities all aimed at helping shop owners and managers make money, save money and work smarter. Conference sessions and speakers were inspired by the best FenderBender magazine content and the most pressing topics in the industry today.
