May 2, 2011 — Diagnostic trouble codes are now fully integrated into Mitchell International’s Repair Center TechAdvisor, the company announced Monday.
The addition is meant to connect technicians with trouble code information instantly, which should simplify and speed the repair process, Mitchell said. All repair information, including code numbers, descriptions and troubleshooting articles, are organized for easy look-up, and techs can search a complete database of diagnostic trouble codes for every OBD-II vehicle.
"We are really excited about offering this valuable tool to help simplify and accelerate operational processes for technicians," said Kate Fleming, product manager for RepairCenter TechAdvisor. "Mitchell continues to invest in TechAdvisor and the renowned Mitchell Parts & Labor Data database to provide the most comprehensive source for repair data in the auto collision industry.
