Repairify Acquires Mobile Diagnostic Companies

April 6, 2017

April 6, 2017—Repairify Inc., owners of the asTech device, recently announced the acquisition of PNR Inc., Replace My Stuff, and The Airbag Guy, LLC. Those three companies, which provide diagnostic services in the U.S., will continue operating under the asTech brand. The addition of those mobile services will complement Repairify Inc.’s current staff of field technicians operating throughout much of the U.S.

“The market for what we do is evolving quickly and the folks at Repairify have the resources and expertise to execute,” said Replace My Stuff’s owner, Steve Fairall, in a statement. “Vehicles are changing quickly and without the support of the manufacturers combined with a larger organization, such as Repairify and the technologies they provide, smaller operators will have a difficult time keeping up.”

asTech is a provider of diagnostic solutions and services to the collision repair industry. For more information on the company, click here
