March 16, 2017

March 16, 2017—CARSTAR, North America’s largest MSO network, recently held its first-ever Operations Retreat, at Hunter Engineering Headquarters in St. Louis, from February 28-March 2.

The team explored ways to improve its performance-based agreements (PBA) initiatives, as well as franchise performance and profitability through the CARSTAR Edge Performance Platform, the MSO’s sequenced operational process.

In 2017, CARSTAR aims to improve closing ratio, cycle time, and CSI through the implementation of the CARSTAR EDGE Performance Platform.

“With one team with the same goals focused on growth, performance and customer experience, we will further accelerate our position in the industry,” said Melissa Miller, VP of operations for CARSTAR North America.
