CARSTAR Becomes First MSO to Hit 500 Locations

Jan. 3, 2017

Jan. 3, 2017—CARSTAR recently unveiled a new facility in West Chester, Ohio. The new location is the network’s 500th collision repair shop—making CARSTAR the first MSO to surpass that milestone.

CARSTAR West Chester is owned by FenderBender columnist Kevin Rains.

As part of the celebration, CARSTAR West Chester is set to refurbish a 2012 Hyundai Sonata to donate to a deserving local family in need. The donation is part of the National Auto Body Council’s Recycled Rides program.

Rains and his staff at CARSTAR West Chester will refurbish the vehicle, and the donation will take place on Jan. 17 at 11 a.m.

Recycled Rides is a nationwide charitable endeavor in which members of the NABC repair and donate recycled vehicles to those in need.
