Safelite Foundation Donates Over $500K in Impact Grants

Dec. 30, 2016—From children’s summer camps to opening an Autism Diagnostic Clinic, Safelite AutoGlass donated a total of $525,000 in 2016 Impact Grants, benefitting central Ohio.

The Safelite AutoGlass Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization. This is the sixth year the Columbus-based company has distributed Impact Grants in amounts of $20,000 or more, providing an unplanned gift to charitable organizations. Each year the gifts have grown, reaching 21 separate $25,000 donations in 2016.

The recipients of Safelite’s 2016 grants included the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and several more charitable organizations.

Funding for the Impact Grants is made possible by the Foundation’s Annual Charity Golf Classic.
