Takata Considering Possible Criminal Settlement

Sept. 29, 2016—Takata is reportedly discussing a potential criminal settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice over its airbag scandal, according to a report by USA Today.  

The exploding airbags have been linked to 14 deaths and over 100 injuries and has triggered the largest automotive recall in U.S. history.
