Insurance Quote Comparison Company Pursues Exit

Sept. 4, 2015

Sept. 4, 2015—AutoInsuranceQuotesZone (AIQZ), a vehicle insurance lead generation network that provides quote comparisons, announced on Thursday its intentions to be acquired.

AIQZ drives its traffic entirely from a network of affiliates instead of an organic search. It has mitigated fraud and low-quality traffic risks that typically put similar lead generation companies out of business.

Launched in 2012, AIQZ has generated combined revenues of $650,000 and operates at 60–70 percent margins.

The business is operated mostly hands-off by its serial entrepreneur and certified accountant founder.

AIQZ’s business exit is represented by TOTH Web Properties. The company is considering offers that are 2.5-times of net earnings or higher and the ideal acquisition would be by an auto insurance lead generation and quotes comparison platforms.
