Audatex launches Audatex Insight for Repair Facilities

Oct. 5, 2011—Audatex North America Inc. recently announced the launch of Audatex Insight for Repair Facilities.

Audatex Insight, a Web-based business analytics product for the auto claims processing industry, allows insurers to monitor, measure and manage claim performance, according to Audatex. The Audatex Insight for Repair Facilities module allows shops to proactively track key performance indicators (KPI) used by insurers that are critical for managing collision repair businesses.
