ABAT Holds Third Meeting, Sees Growth

Sept. 12, 2014

Sept. 12, 2014—The Auto Body Association of Texas (ABAT) recently held a meeting in Colleyville, Texas, and association leaders say attendance demonstrates the ABAT’s quick growth.

“The turnouts have been great,” ABAT President Burl Richards said in a release, “and we’re further encouraged at each meeting as more and more shop owners and managers are attending and even traveling long distances. More and more shops are asking for [a] meeting in their area.”

The Colleyville meeting was the ABAT’s third, and at each, association leaders have discussed the ABAT mission statement and shared information about the benefits of being part of an association. There have also been discussion on industry issues.

For more information about the ABAT, contact Richards at 903.657.8082 or [email protected].
