Audatex launches free educational program for collision schools
Nov. 5, 2010—Audatex North America Inc. announced on Thursday the launch of Audatex Educational Institutions Program.
Under the program, vocational and technical schools in the United States and Canada will be given free Audatex software and training, according to an Audatex press release_notes. To qualify for the program, schools need to complete an online "Collision Repair School Solutions" survey provided by the I-CAR Collision Repair Education Foundation.
The Collision Repair Education Foundation will use the survey to track enrollment, placement, personnel, facilities and equipment, and to identify training and equipment needs at the schools.
"Recently, Audatex announced the largest ever cash donation to the Collision Repair Education Foundation. Now we are launching the Audatex Educational Institutions Program to further help and support the future leaders of the collision repair industry,” said Rick Tuuri, Audatex vice president of industry relations. “We are committed to developing the best tools and practices to drive excellence in this industry.”
