California Businesses Team to Donate Car

Oct. 10, 2016—Farmers Insurance and G&C Auto Body, located in Rohnert Park, Calif., recently refurbished and donated a vehicle to a family in need in Santa Rosa, Calif.

Maita Chevrolet, LKQ/Keystone and Finishmasters and 3M also contributed.

Farmers donated a Sonic, which was repaired by G&C Auto Body and donated through G&C’s community outreach organization, The Crozat Family Foundation. After repairs were completed using donated parts and supplies, the vehicle was given away for a monthly contest put on by radio station KZST.

The car was given to Kristen Robertson, a single mother whose fiance unexpectedly passed away.
