Sept. 23, 2015

Sept. 23, 2015—TRW Aftermarket named Neil Fryer its vice president of global parts and services on Friday. The appointment will be effective Oct. 1.

Fryer will be based at the TRW Aftermarket global headquarters in Neuwied, Germany. He will be responsible for TRW’s Automotive Aftermarket activities in Asia-Pacific, EMEA and North America.

Fryer has been a part of the senior management team at TRW since 2014 when he joined the company as director of marketing and engineering, parts and service.

Before joining TRW, Fryer worked at Management3, an automotive aftermarket focussed consultancy, where he was co-founder and managing partner. Prior to this, he was vice president of parts and service at Fiat Group Automobiles. Early on in his career, Fryer spent time with LucasVarity in business development and commercial roles.

“Neil has a wealth of industry experience and a strong track record of delivering excellent business results,” said Peter Holdmann, executive vice president ZF TRW. “He is the right person to continue the success story of TRW's aftermarket activities.”

“I am very proud to be given the responsibility of TRW’s global aftermarket business. The business is in its strongest position yet. Following the integration into the ZF family, we will continue to work closely with our customers to build TRW’s global leadership position in our Corner Module technologies, while combining the power of the two organizations to fully leverage our joint capabilities in the marketplace and deliver business success,” said Fryer.
