Oct. 16, 2014

Oct. 16, 2014—TheTalentMonger, a recruiting service for professionals in the collision repair industry, has launched its website, thetalentmonger.com.

The mission of Talent Monger is to clear obstacles of traditional recruitment to directly connect shop owners with technicians they need to hire for either a specific job, or full-time employment.

Developed by Greg McVicker, a veteran of the collision industry for the last decade, TheTalentMonger.com allows technicians to create a free online profile highlighting their certifications, education, and training. Then shop owners subscribe to TheTalentMonger.com and gain access to a complete list of auto technicians based on their specific employment needs.
