CARSTAR Opens New Shop in Kirkland, Wash.

Oct. 29, 2014

Oct. 29, 2014—CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced that it has added a Kirkland, Wash., shop, CARSTAR Northwest Collision Center-Kirkland, to its collision repair network.

The new shop is located at 11731 120th Avenue NE in east Kirkland, and is a partnership between Kevin Parsons and Jeff Middleton. Parsons is the owner of three other CARSTAR locations, mainly on the north side of Seattle. Middleton’s three locations are on the south end of the city. This is the first time either of them has opened a shop on the east side.

“We’re both CARSTAR owners in the same business group, and decided it would be advantageous to work together,” Middleton said in a release.  “It was financially a no-brainer.  The new shop is in an area that has room for growth.”

CARSTAR Northwest Collision Center-Kirkland is a 10,000-square-foot facility. It features a paint department that is less than two years old. The paint booth, prep decks, and measuring system are all new. Mel Hartley, who was the general manager under the previous owner, will continue to run the shop.
