3M Releases New Aluminum Repair SOPs

Oct. 22, 2014—3M Automotive Aftermarket Division has introduced a new set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete aluminum repair jobs in an efficient and cost effective way. These new SOPs can be found online. 

3M’s SOPs help teach basic and advanced skills, demonstrate proper techniques and showcase innovative product solutions. The 3M Standard Operating Procedures program aims to provide step-by-step guidance through a range of projects to help ensure repairs are done professionally and efficiently.
