Calif. Shop Donates Vehicle to Military Member

Nov. 21, 2016—Mike’s Auto Body in Fairfield, Calif., on Nov. 11 donated a Ford Focus to Air Force Senior Airman Scott Woolridge and his family, as part of their annual benevolence presentation celebrating Veteran’s Day.

Mike’s has participated in the benevolence program for 16 years, presenting vehicles to families. The company has given away a total of 66 vehicles since 2000.

“Every time we do this I get a thrill, and usually some tears are involved,” owner Mike Rose said. “We feel honored to do this and we will continue to do it as long as we can.”
