Nov. 23, 2015—Tesla Motors on Friday recalled all 90,000 of its Model S vehicles in the market after an issue had been discovered in a vehicle’s seat belt system in Europe.

While the issue didn’t result in an accident or crash, Tesla said in a statement that a seat belt in that condition would not be completely safe in the event of a crash.
