Jan. 8, 2014—CCC Information Services Inc. (CCC) announced the acquisition of Auto Injury Solutions (AIS) on Tuesday.
The transaction brings together CCC, an auto physical damage claims company, with AIS, a national, full-service provider of auto injury medical review solutions.
“The acquisition of AIS is an important step in the continued execution of our strategy to expand into adjacent segments in order to better service the auto claims market,” said Githesh Ramamurthy, chairman and chief executive officer of CCC.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
