EstimateScrubber.com Adds Consumer Estimate Module

May 4, 2015

May 4, 2015—VehicleOwnersGuide.com, a provider of technology and information solutions to the collision repair market, recently announced the addition of consumer marketing to EstimateScrubber.com.

The new consumer marketing module automatically creates a consumer estimate during the scrubbing process. The consumer estimate translates an Audatex, CCC One or Mitchell estimate to a graphical representation and summary of the repair.

"Consumer estimates can be used by estimators to more easily explain the repair estimate, or as an aid to capture jobs and get the keys. They give repairers another chance to sell the repair after the owner leaves the shop. Send them a consumer estimate with a shop message in an email to continue the sales dialog or to stand out from the competition," said Steven Siessman, president of VehicleOwnersGuide.com.

The consumer estimate includes a line summary and overall damage summary. The line summary associates images with replace, repair, refinish and R&I operation. The overall damage summary shows vehicle sections repaired along with explanatory images/summaries, repair operation images and non-technical language.
