Zara’s Manager Completes Leadership Springfield Program

May 23, 2014

May 23, 2014—Zara’s Collision Center announced Thursday that Brady Smith, the shop’s assistant general manager, graduated from Leadership Springfield, a program designed to expose participants to critical business, social and educational issues in the city.

Smith was named assistant general manager in February after earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Springfield’s Robert Morris University.

“Brady has commented throughout the year that Leadership Springfield has been a tremendous forum to form relationships with other professionals and to learn more about our community,” said Brad Zara, president at Zara’s. “We’re especially proud that Brady was selected by the program’s leadership to deliver the recap at the banquet.”

Smith will also join the Leadership Springfield board of directors later this year, after being invited by the president of the board, Jim Alberts.
