Highest Performing ABRA Repair Center Rewarded

May 29, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced Wednesday that its Coon Rapids, Minn., location won the Highest Performing ABRA Repair Center of the Year award.

The annual award given by the Farmers Insurance Circle of Dependability program, recognizes ABRA shops for quality, timeliness in completing work, and customer service.

“We are extremely proud of our people, processes, and performance,” said Tim Adelmann, executive vice president of ABRA. “Our mission has always been to be the best auto body and glass company in America. It’s a significant accomplishment to be recognized by Farmers Insurance for our commitment to quality, customer service, and overall excellence in collision repair.”

The ABRA-Coon Rapids repair center’s General Manager is Mark Hegrenes, who has been with the company for more than 20 years.
