May 20, 2014

May 20, 2014—The Equipment & Tool Institute (ETI) will hold its board meeting in Detroit this year in conjunction with Industry Week and the 2014 NACE/CARS Expo & Conference. ETI will be a new addition to the event from previous years.

“We are thrilled to have ETI join us in Detroit this year. This is a very important and respected organization and their support is significant to Industry Week,” said Dan Risley, ASA president and executive director. “The overriding purpose of the event is to bring the industry together, and ETI’s involvement is another example of collaboration.”

ETI will hold its meeting Tuesday, July 29, at The Westin Book Cadillac. Other organizations attending the event include I-CAR, CIC, ASE, CEICA, NABC, SCRS, CCIF, OEM Collision Repair Roundtable, and CREF.

Now in its 32nd year, NACE/CARS offers opportunities for technical training, business education, demonstrations, networking and technology showcases for stakeholders, owners, managers and technicians in the collision and service repair industries.
