Caliber Collision Centers acquires 911 Collision Centers

Oct. 5, 2011—Caliber Collision Centers on Wednesday announced the company signed an agreement to acquire Tucson, Ariz.-based 911 Collision Centers.

911 Collision Centers has seven locations, including four facilities in Tucson, Ariz., one facility in Scottsdale, Ariz., and two facilities in Las Vegas.

“Partnering with Caliber Collision Centers will allow us to grow exponentially over the foreseeable future while sharing corporate best practices and operational efficiencies across the Arizona, Nevada, Texas and California markets,” said Michael Quinn, CEO of 911 Collision Centers.

The acquisition is Caliber Collision Centers’ first expansion into markets outside California and Texas. The company now operates 91 collision repair facilities.
