July 22, 2012—Caliber Collision Centers has expanded into Oklahoma with the acquisition of three collision repair facilities in the Oklahoma City market.

Caliber said two of its new facilities will officially open Monday. The third facility, located in Edmond, Okla., is under renovation and expected to open in October.

Mark Sanders, chief operating officer of Caliber, said the company now operates 110 collision repair centers throughout five U.S. states—California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona and Oklahoma.

“Caliber Collision is proud to announce our entry into a new, contiguous market,” said Steve Grimshaw, CEO of Caliber. “Our clients continue to request that Caliber expand into new markets like Oklahoma to aid them in delivering greater customer service with the operational consistency they require in today’s competitive insurance market.”
