ABRA Acquires North Carolina MSO

March 10, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass recently announced the acquisition of Wilburn Auto Body, a 13-location multi-shop operator (MSO) in the Charlotte, N.C. area.

“We are bringing two companies together that have demonstrated innovation and leadership in the collision repair industry for decades,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and CEO. “Wilburn Auto Body has deep roots in the Charlotte community and this purchase not only complements ABRA’s portfolio, but meets the demand of customers and business partners in the region while strengthening our presence in the state of North Carolina.”

ABRA said it now operates more than 193 collision repair centers in 17 states.
