Caliber Collision Moves East with N.C. Acquisitions

June 4, 2014—Caliber Collision Centers announced Tuesday that it has acquired Haddock Collision Centers, a five-location business in North Carolina. 

The acquisition provide the first Eastern U.S. locations for Caliber Collision Center, which now has 177 shops across Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Haddock Collision has been in business for more than 40 years.

“Our acquisition of Haddock Collision Centers in North Carolina represents our first of many acquisitions to come in the eastern U.S,” said Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision chief executive officer. “I am very excited to have Todd McGowan and the entire Haddock Collision organization join forces with Caliber.”
