July 27, 2016—Assured Performance announced Tuesday that it has partnered with TenPoint Complete to bring CSI services for certified collision repair shops.
Through the agreement, Assured Performance certified shops can track their CSI performance and access, measure and manage all aspects of their collision repair business through a newly developed KPI feature. It also features a customized dashboards, and electronic and phone-based CSI surveying.
