July 22, 2014—National Autobody Parts Warehouse Inc. announced Friday it recently completed an ISO 9001 audit for its warehouse and distribution of automotive replacement parts.

The ISO 9001 audit measures quality and effectiveness of a company’s quality management system and procedures.

The company gave a Customer Satisfaction Index survey as part of the audit, which returned high satisfaction scores, including:

  • Delivery Performance: 4.6/5
  • Responsiveness: 4.8/5
  • Cost: 4.3/5
  • Communication: 4.9/5
