Jan. 5, 2016—FinishMaster Inc. announced on Monday that it has completed its acquisition of ColorMaster Automotive Paint Inc. The transaction, which was first announced on Dec. 28, was subject to certain customary closing conditions, all of which have been satisfied.

Our combined efforts will accelerate growth in new geographic areas and maximize our service, product, and technical support to new and existing customers,” said Steve Arndt, president and chief operating officer, FinishMaster.
