Women’s Industry Network Accepting Applications for Board of Directors

Jan. 16, 2015—The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) announced on Thursday that it is now accepting applications for seats on the board of directors.

The board consists of representatives of various industry segments including collision shops, jobbers, suppliers, consultants, paint manufacturers, recyclers, and insurance companies. Participants from all segments of the collision repair industry are welcomed, and require only that applicants are WIN members in good standing.  

The board of directors provides overall strategic direction for the organization and is responsible for making policy decisions that accomplish the organization’s mission.  

The board’s focus is on:

  • Supporting and enhancing the role women play in the industry

  • Constantly improving the WIN Value Proposition

  • Increasing industry visibility of WIN

  • Supporting industry education efforts

New board members will begin their term and be introduced to the organization at large at the 2015 Educational Conference, May 4–6 in Baltimore, at the Baltimore Marriott – Waterfront.
