Fiat Chrysler Announces Sustainability Supplier of the Year

Feb. 1, 2016—Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has named PPG its Sustainability Supplier of the Year.

FCA annually recognizes a long-term supplier with the award at the Qualitas Supplier Convention in Turin, Italy. The award is decided by a panel of FCA representatives. PPG was selected out of about 1,000 suppliers based on rigorous criteria and exhibiting a long-term strategic commitment to a program incorporating environmental, safety, social and economic sustainability.

“We have worked with FCA for many years to ensure that our sustainability goals are aligned,” said Jean-Marie Greindl, president, PPG Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and PPG vice president, automotive coatings, EMEA. “We are honoured that the company has recognized our efforts. We look forward to continuing our partnership and developing new initiatives that support healthy environments, communities and economies.”
