CURT Manufacturing Acquires Luverne Truck Equipment

Feb. 10, 2016—On Monday, CURT Manufacturing LLC announced the acquisition of Luverne Truck Equipment, headquartered in Brandon, S.D.

“We’re very excited to join forces with CURT, a company with a similar culture and focus on American manufactured products,” said John Schulzetenberg, president of Luverne.

“Bringing Luverne into the CURT family is both exciting and advantageous for CURT and our customers,” said Greg Hooks, CURT CEO.  “We are proud to be adding more manufacturing capabilities for truck accessories within the United States, especially in the heavy-duty truck market. We look forward to the improved quality, speed and flexibility that this acquisition will provide.”
