Feb. 24, 2016—On Tuesday, Collision Diagnostic Services (CDS) announced that it has selected Precision Marketing to remarket the asTech2 device to the Canadian collision repair industry.

Under the terms of the agreement, Precision Marketing’s independent manufacturer representatives, located throughout Canada, will market the asTech2 device to professional collision repair organizations and insurers.

The next generation asTech2 device, which is expected to begin shipping next month, provides coverage for nearly all makes and models of vehicles, 2008 and newer. In addition to launching a new mobile app, CDS has also added new features to the asTech 2 including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability.

“CDS is uniquely positioned to serve the Canadian collision repair industry with its patented technology and years of business experience in diagnosing and servicing vehicles. As cars become more and more complex, the challenge of servicing them increases as well. This is where CDS can help. By providing master tech expertise and OEM diagnostic tools on-demand, CDS can ensure repairs are done correctly, the first time. I am excited to be representing such a great product and look forward to helping repairers deliver a quality repair,” said Dan Dominto, president of Precision.

“We are excited to be partnering with Precision Marketing as we bring our next generation asTech2 device to the Canadian market. Dan’s organization represents some of the best products in the market. The upcoming release of our next generation product represents a significant step forward for the industry.” said Doug Kelly, CEO of CDS.
