Keenan Auto Body Announces First Graduate of CROP Program
Feb. 20, 2014—Oscar Cantoran-Corona became the first graduate of Keenan Auto Body’s Career Opportunity Program (CROP) on Thursday, the company announced.
In a ceremony held at one of the 11 Philadelphia-area locations of Keenan Auto Body, Cantoran-Corona was awarded a full set of tools, a plaque, a diploma and a full-time job at the shop.
Max Sorenson, manager of the company’s “west” location, and Keenan marketing director Craig Camacho started the in-house training program, which identifies students in local vocational programs to put through extensive training, preparing them for a career in the industry.
