Dec. 1, 2015—House Bill 778, an act reforming the process of appraising motor vehicle damage covered by insurance policies, will be presented on Tuesday before a joint Massachusetts Legislature committee. The Bill would abolish the licensing board and appraiser regulations in the state.
The petition, accompanied by House Bill 778, will be presented by Brian M. Ashe (D-Longmeadow), Leonard Mirra (R-West Newbury) and Chris Walsh (D-Framingham) .
