Dec. 2, 2014—Service King Collision Repair Centers announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Kirmac Collision Services, a 12-shop collision repair and glass repair business based in Seattle.

The acquisition marks Service King's entrance into the Pacific Northwest region, and puts the company over the 200-shop milestone.

“Entering the Pacific Northwest is an exciting step forward for us,” Service King President Jeff McFadden said in a release. “The integrity and vision with which founders Ian and Ken McIntosh built Kirmac Collision Services naturally drew us to their business. We’re excited to bring their team and the Pacific Northwest community into the Service King family.”

Service King now operates 209 collision repair locations in 21 states across the country.
