Jan. 5, 2012—Eddie Lennox, founder, chairman of the board and CEO of Service King Collision Repair Centers on Wednesday announced new leadership appointments for the company.
Cathy Bonner, former president of Service King, was appointed to replace Lennox as the company’s CEO. Lennox said he will continue to serve as chairman of the board.
“Service King has the best leadership team in the collision industry. Cathy Bonner has added 17 new locations now covering 70 percent of the Texas population,” Lennox said, noting that Bonner’s next goal is to make Service King a national company by adding assets beyond the Texas borders.
Chris Abraham, who currently serves as Service King’s vice president of the Houston market, was appointed as the company’s new president. Jeff McFadden was appointed as executive vice president.
In addition, Service King appointed Eileen Clark to serve as the company’s chief financial officer, and Michael Devendorf as chief operating officer.
“This is the future leadership of Service King and I am so excited about the possibilities for us,” Lennox said. “This leadership team has combined [more than] 100 years of corporate business experience.”
