July 28, 2014

July 28, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass recently announced that it has added four locations to its growing network of collision repair facilities, including the company's first three shops in the Missouri market.

ABRA finalized an agreement to take over three TEAM1 Auto Body and Glass collision centers in St. Louis. It also purchased Auto Hound Collision Center in Seattle.

“Our vision for growth is in full swing,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and chief executive officer. “We are poised to continue expanding across the country. Our team is excited to introduce ABRA to new markets and show customers firsthand the operational excellence philosophy and processes that make us an industry leader.”

ABRA plans to continue expanding in the months and years ahead as part of its aggressive national growth strategy, the company said in a release. It is currently actively seeking new opportunities to acquire repair centers and integrate them into its operating system.
