ABRA Opens Three New Locations

Aug. 12, 2014

Aug. 12, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass purchased three new auto body repair centers, the company announced recently.

The new centers, White Auto Body repair centers in Florissant and O’Fallon, Mo., and Fayetteville Collision in Fayetteville, N.C., are part of the company’s, “aggressive national growth strategy,” ABRA said in a press release.

“Acquiring these three centers today reinforces our growth strategy and underscores our commitment to servicing customers across the country,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and chief executive officer. “We are delighted to continue expanding in markets and showing customers our innovative service model.”

ABRA's network now includes 237 shops across 19 states. The company and its principal owner, Palladium Equity Partners, reached a definitive agreement earlier this month for ABRA to be acquired by affiliates of private equity firm Hellman & Friedman LLC, along with ABRA's senior management team.
